Lakers Make Key New Additions

Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers have made moves and moved on after Kawhi Leonard made his decision to join the Los Angeles Clippers.

The team has agreed to terms with big man DeMarcus Cousins on a one-year deal. The acquisition of Cousins reunites him with his former teammate Anthony Davis. Two-time NBA champ, Free-agent guard Danny Green has agreed to terms with the Lakers giving the team a much-needed sharpshooter. Guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, center JaVale McGee and point guard Rajon Rondo will be back with the team as well. Pope, Rondo, and McGee signed two-year deals.

Los Angeles also added veteran small forward Jared Dudley form the Brooklyn Nets on a one-year deal. This roster is improved but is this enough to end the six-year playoff drought? we shall see.

As more information surfaces on the club and thier roster and their offseason we will keep you up to date. This new roster should make a run in the deep Western Conference.
