Preview: Flyers At Anaheim Ducks

@AnaheimCalling

The Anaheim Ducks will be in the comfort of their own home tonight as they take on the Philadelphia Flyers.

Their general manager Bob Murray sent a message yesterday regarding the struggling team. They are currently sitting uncomfortably in the last position of the table with just 30 points.

“After succeeding during the past few regular seasons, suddenly we are underachieving and having to handle adversity,” Murray told the Orange County Register. “And some are not physically prepared to work through the challenge.”

The Ducks’ right wing Andrew Cogliano said the following on their current state,

“I think everyone should take whatever’s said very, very, very strongly. Because ultimately it’s the truth,” Ducks right wing said after practice Saturday. “That’s the bottom line. It’s the truth in how we’re playing and how we’ve played.”

How does Ryan Getzlaf feel?

“How do you have fun when you’re losing?” he said. “It is about enjoying the game. We’re trying to kind of revamp that and go back to doing things we do well.”

The Philadelphia Flyers did not hold a morning skate.
