Rams Pick Sean McVay As Next Head Coach

Exactly a month after Jeff Fisher got fired and a nationwide search for a began, general manager Les Snead finally found his man. Former Redskins offensive coordinator Sean McVay was announced as the new head coach of the Los Angeles Rams.

McVay at 30 years old will become the youngest head coach in NFL history after leading the Redskins who had the third ranked offense in 2016.

In addition McVay is the grandson of former 49ers general manager John McVay and got his first job as an assistant wide receivers coach for Tampa Bay in 2008. He had been with the Redskins since 2010 and was promoted to offensive coordinator in 2014.
